Workout Saturday, 15 May at 10 am

Congratulations Lauren, Marisa, James, Adam (Seth and Andrea not pictured) for placing 3rd at the Southwestern Regional Qualifier! CrossFit SoCal's affiliate team moves on to the 2010 CrossFit Games in Carson, CA on July 16-18.  

We are back at the park this weekend!  The workout will be:

For time:

50 Squats, run 400 meters
40 Push-ups, run 400 meters
30 Burpees, run 400 meters
20 Pull-ups, run 400 meters
10 Bar dips, run 400 meters

WEW is Free every Saturday.  Please bring your own water.  If you are new, welcome and please fill out a waiver prior to working out.  Your lovely host for Saturday will be Brooke.

What a Weekend full of Warriors!!

CF Weekend Warriors move on to the CrossFit Games Regional Qualifiers on May 8-9. 

Congratulations to Lauren Andrade and Ayo Anise from CrossFit SoCal for placing 3rd and 4th respectively at the 2010 San Diego/Arizona Sectional Qualifier!

Workout Saturday, 25 Feb 10 am

Kari Weekend Warrior 400 Meter Run
Come join us on Saturday, February 25 at 10am for CrossFit Weekend Warriors.  Make sure your calluses are smooth and a towel might be in order due to the weather being a little damp lately!  We LOVE newbies, too!  Don't be shy or feel intimidated!  Our trainers will work with you to modify the exercises and reps to introduce you to CrossFit safely and effectively!  Saturday's workout will be: 

For time:
100 pull-ups
Every time you drop off the bar or stop jumping pull-ups, you have to run 200 meters before getting
back on the bar.

Lauren leading class in the rain!  We meet rain or shine, so bring a towel!  This Saturday may be a little wet, too.  But, fun none-the-less.

10 Assisted L Pull-ups

15 Steps, Walking Lunge


Get a buddy and pair up with them to assisted the handstand push-ups and

L pull-ups
