Thruster, 4 reps

Thruster, 2 reps
10 Double-unders
*Thruster weight will range from 5 lb. dumbbells to 135lb barbells depending on capacity and experience.
***ALL movements will be taught and scaled appropriately for new crossfitters. We will teach individuals what their potential movement restrictions are, and how they can affectively remove them. ALL are welcome, so bring friends and family (kids too) for a great time!
