Teams of 2 will complete the following for Time:
250 MedBall Run 20#, 30 KBS-2/1.5
250 M MedBall Run, 30 burpees
250 M MedBall Run, 45 squats
Each team member will perform both the run and the paired movement in each of the three rounds. Team members will alternate tasks and pass the ball off to one another.
Runners must hold their medball until their partner has completed their work. Ball must be handed off. If the ball touches the ground at any point during the workout there is a 50 burpee penalty for the team.
