The workout will be at the gym at 10am on Saturday. This workout is FREE to the public. No experience necessary. We will teach you the movements and scale the workout to your level of fitness.
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 wall ball shots (20/14lbs)
10 abmat situps
10 ring dips
Sign up today for the CrossFit SoCal Series competition on December 11th (10am till noon). This is for anyone who wants to test their skills in a very fun, very informal setting. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants. $20 for this two hour event. We will cap it off at 40 participants, so sign up early if you want to be guaranteed a chance to compete.
