This Saturday, September 11, we will be at the park. Click here for directions. Brooke will be the instructor for the hour. Please ask her for a waiver if it is your first time with us. Do forget your water, SPF, sun glasses and a towel if you are grass sensitive.
The workout will be:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Squats
