See you on Saturday for Weekend Warriors at Mission Bay Park. Your trainer will be Marla! If it is your first time please feel welcome! You will need to fill out a waiver and don't forget a water bottle. Please ask the trainer to help you scale the workout by doing fewer rounds and/or modified exercises.
