This week we will be sweating it out at Mission Bay Park. The workout will be:
4 rounds for time of:
10 Squat jump pullups
10 somersaults to orange cone
Mod: if unable, do 10 burpees
50m bear crawl
10 clapping pushups (must clap hands under chest, on the up)
Mod: from the knees or 20 regular pushups
50m crab-walk
