Summer is drawing to a close, and the holidays are rapidly approaching. You can't miss all of the bags of Halloween candy that already line the grocery store aisles. Stay healthy all year long by working out regularly and avoid brining the junk food into your home! It's difficult to be strong during the holidays. There are so many temptations. But, keeping a regular workout routine will enspirre you to make healthier choices when faced with the holiday parties and goodies.

30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
You have 8 minutes to complete each round, the faster you finish the more rest you get.
