Shoving your knees out with the elbows makes one aware of where your knees are suppose to be tracking (over the feet or toes) in the bottom part of the squat.
100 meter walking lunge. If your bottom is not sore from this, you did it wrong.

On Saturday April 12, Weekend Warriors will return to Mission Bay Park Playground!! We will hold park workouts once a month.
