Thanks to all who joined us this Saturday for the Tabata WOD. The workout was 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals of the following exercises: push-ups, sit-ups and jumping pull-ups. Between each exercises was an 800 meter sprint. Each participant recorded their tabata number for each exercise and all three run times.
