Saturday Morning Thrusters

Not even sweltering heat could keep these die-hard CrossFitters away!  We had two large groups at 8am and 10am this weekend.  Thanks to everyone who came to try out CrossFit for the first time and bearing with the heat and our limited space! 

Pre-WOD warm-up

To accommodate the big group we had this weekend, the workout of the day (WOD) was done in heats.  The workout was 15 intervals of Tabata Thrusters (65lbs men's weight, 45lbs women's weight).
