
Today's Weekend Warriors mixed metabolic conditioning with light, high rep weightlifting. The WOD was Run 400m, 50 Thursters, Run 400, 50 Burpees, Run 400m, 50 Hang Squat Cleans. Weights ranged from 33lbs to 45lbs.
