
Saturday's WOD was a three-round Fight Gone Bad. Each round is 5 minutes of all-out exertion. The 5 stations (1 minute at each station) are Wall Ball, Row, Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, Box Jump, Push Press and Row for Calories.
