Timothy Chan

Hi Krista,

I just wanted to thank you for giving us an opportunity to run in the Mud Run. I had so much fun yesterday and I am proud to be part of CrossfitSoCal/Weekend Warriors.

You and Ahmik did an amazing job preparing us for this race. The Tecalote Canyon Runs made the elevated run at Camp Pendleton a cake walk. The last Weekend Warriors at Mission Bay Park with the Bear Run and Alligator Crawl prepared us for the getting through the tubes quickly and the last mud pit where we had to get down on our bellys and crawl through the mud was nothing compared to Alligator Crawling over grass 100 feet! Also we had the benefit of Ken give us a walk through ahead of time to help prepare us mentally for what was ahead. You gave us all the tools to succeed. Thank you.

Congratulations to Ahmik and Dave on their medals!

Tim
