We will be holding two Saturday morning workouts this weekend. The first will be a Deadlift Clinic at CrossFit SoCal at 8am. We will be perfecting our deadlift form. With proper form, you will be able to increase your personal best safely! After a thorough warm-up, you will have the opportunity to score a deadlift PR!
At 10 am we will be holding a Mission Bay Playground chipper WOD. We will be brining some equipment to the park, too!
