Test your running speed and pull-up max this Saturday at Weekend Warriors. The workout will be as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of 400 meter run and one set of max pull-ups. We will bring bands for those who need an assist with pull-ups, or you may do jumping pull-ups. See you on Saturday!

I don't think its fair to have Erik's pic up here. I herd from many sources that he didnt even finish the workout and talked a lot of smack the whole time. I think it would be better to have everyone who did the workout 100% all be in a picture, but hey thats just me. much love for weekend warriors! -tony

I finished the workout. Just took me longer. Charlie and I also altered the workout with clean and presses but we still did 5 rounds. If you got offended by my "smack talk", I apologize, its just my way. I came to throw around some kettlebells. I never asked to have my picture up there so don't get testy because you aren't the chosen one.

like Erik said, we did finish the workout, except ours was modified...
5 rounds:
10 double KB clean and presses (2x16kg. KBs)
20 Swings, 32kg.
30 High Pulls, 32kg.
We did the first 3 rounds in ~16 minutes...then took a ten minute break and finished off the last two rounds.
Quit worrying about the picture, worry about what matters most: your own performance...my picture aint up there either.
