We wanted to give a shout out to David B. for his amazing performance at Saturday's workout! This Radiology resident, husband and father of two girls is incredible at balancing his hectic schedule, and still makes room for fitness. His form was perfection during all aspects of this workout, and he did all of the 400 meter runs pushing his two children in a stroller!! His time was a smoking 24:29. Great job, Dave!!
