"Angie" was today's WOD. 100 reps of each of the following exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and squats. Everyone had a partner. While one was performing the workout, the other was counting reps, checking technique and encouraging their teammate. Coaching each other reinforces proper form.
