Eric knocking out muscle-ups during last week's workout!
This weekend's workout will be the following chipper for time:
30 Walking lunge steps;
20 Pull-ups;
400 meter run;
30 Box jumps (20 inch box);
20 Ring dips;
400 meter run;
30 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood);
20 Knees to elbows;
400 meter run;
30 Sit-ups;
20 Medicine ball cleans (20 pound ball);
400 meter run;
30 Wall ball shots (20 pound ball);
2 Pole climb ascents.
