
Caleb uses a mixed grip during his 100 pull-ups for "Angie". People tend to favor one grip over the other. Try using a mixed grip or switching the direction of your grip every so often to promote a more functional and balanced strength.

For time: 3 rounds of the following: 400 m run, 21 reps of dumbbell or
Kettlebell swings and 12 reps of pull-ups. Modify as needed. We will
have various dumbbell and Kettlebell sizes, and you may perform strict,
kipping or jumping pull-ups. Compare your time with Jan 7th's first
