Our next workout will be the all bodyweight, benchmark workout "Angie". You will perform 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 100 squats, as written or modified depending on your level of fitness or experience with CrossFit. Each person will have a partner. Your buddy will count your reps, make sure your form is spot on, anchor your feet for sit-ups, and be your personal cheerleader as you do the workout.
