
Join us this Saturday for a great workout called Run-KBS-Pull-up Drag Races. You will be divided into two teams. A person from each team will compete against one another, and the workout is comprised of two separate races. Each race will consist of running, Kettlebell swings and pull-ups. Each pair will start their race after the preceding pair begins their KB swings to prevent congestion during the race. Once the first race is over, a second will begin with the first pair from race one at the starting line. It should be a very challenging and fun team workout! We will have two sizes of KB's and some lighter dumbbells to accommodate all levels of fitness! See you there!
