We have a fun workout planned for the Saturday! We will be picking teams and setting up three stations, each concentrating on strengthening the core! Each of the teams will rotate through three stations which will involve the following equipment: medicine balls (I'm praying they come in by Friday), parallettes, and the last will be rings. Oh, and if you ever wanted to involve those giant poles on the playground in a workout, you can't miss this Saturday! We will rotate through each station every 15 minutes, and if there is time and interest, we will set up the volleyball net and play "Hoover Ball" with one of the new Dynamax balls.
