I first want to start off by saying a BIG thank you to all who came out and gave so generously to the "Do it for Joe" workout. Everyone survived the grueling chipper and did an OUTSTANDING job! This Saturday's meeting will be centered around working on the CLEAN. We will practice the clean, then you will have your chioce of doing "Grace" (30 clean and jerks) or "Elizabeth" (21, 15, 9 reps of cleans and ring dips). We will have Tyler's NEW ELITE RINGS (They are SWEET!) out for those who want to try them out. If you have an extra set of rings, you are welcome to bring them to the playground for the workout.
