At our next meeting we will be focusing on the squat. We will start out with a demonstration on achieving proper form for the squat. Then, you will have a chance to practice squatting during the workout which will be bottom-to-bottom tabata squats and a mile run. We will put up rings again for those of you who want to practice L-sits, muscle-ups and supports. Perfecting the squat is just as important to improving your athleticism, as well as, your overall function as a healthy human being. Don't miss this important workout!!
