Our next workout will be based on one we did at the CrossFit seminar in February called "Runny Cindy". Complete 3 rounds for time of: 400 meter run 25 pull-ups 50 push-ups 75 squats (This can be broken up 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats and repeated 5 times.) Also, Eddie Lugo will be at our next meeting to answer any questions about CrossFit San Diego, set to open in March! Hope to see you there!
