We had a great group of die-hards out today for the chipper. The workout was a 400 meter run, followed by 10 ring dips, 20 knees to elbows, 30 Burpees, 40 push-ups, 50 squats, 400 meter run, 10 handstand push-ups, 20 pull-ups, 30 kettlebell swings, 40 walking lunge steps, 50 sit-ups, and a final 400 meter run. Some of the best times were around 18-23 minutes. Great job everyone!
