We have a great location for Saturday's workout. First, we will get some insightful tips on kipping pull-ups and muscle-ups on both the rings and the bar. Then, we will do the workout as follows: Run 800 meters, 30 muscles-ups, Run 800 meters. Distances, reps and exercises will be scaled as fitness level dictates.
