The next workout will focus on Olympic Weightlifting form. We will be practicing without weight at first. PLEASE BRING A BROOMSTICK OR PVC PIPE. You can buy a cheap piece of pipe for around $3 at Lowes or Home Depot. Make sure it is at least 5 feet long. The workout we will be doing is the famous "Broomstick Mile". After the workout, we will have bars and bumper plates available for anyone who wants to practice the Olympic lifts with a bit of weight.
