Our next workout will be this Saturday at the De Anza Cove Fitness area. This park will be the perfect spot for our next workout which will involve instruction on some basic gymnastics movements including: tumbling, handstands, core strengthening and stretching. These skills are guaranteed to improve your overall fitness and will increase your potential during CrossFit workouts. We will follow this with a workout involving assisted handstand push-ups and squats.
