Visit the Warriors this weekend at Mission Bay Park.  The workout will be AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of Run 400 meters, 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 Squats.

Ready for another Park WOD?  We are!  Meet up with your buddies at Mission Bay Park playground for CrossFit Weekend Warriors at 10am.  The WOD will be:

Some of our Warriors hit the Rock N' Roll Marathon trail last Sunday. See you this weekend! Take advantage of the cooler "June Gloom" weather and workout with us by the Bay! New comers are always welcome. Ask for Tim, the head Warrior this weekend and he'll get you started.

  Come out this Saturday for beautiful weather and some pre-summer fun!  The warm-up starts at 10:00 am!  If it is your first time to WEW, check in a little early with one of our head trainers to sign a waiver and discuss modification if it is your first CrossFit WOD.

CrossFit SoCal will be holding a benefit in celebration of the lives of the pilots and aircrew that were tragically killed in a helicopter cash off the coast of North Island last week.  All donations will go to the HS6 Memorial Fund.  How you can help: Join us for an Olympic weightlifting class at 8 am. The cost is $20 (for non-gym members) and all funds will go to the Memorial Fund. Starting at 9 am Adam Stevenson will be rowing for donations.  Donate $10, $15, $30 or more for every 10K he completes!  Fiinally at 10am we will host a WOD.  The WOD will cost $5 at the door and will be all will be donated to the fund.
