Join us for a FREE workout on Saturday at 10am at Mission Bay Park Playground.  Workouts are scalable to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Catch some rays, BBQ, go on a 5K run!  There will be no Weekend Warriors this Saturday.  Have a terrific 4th of July weekend.  Good luck to Ahmik and Andrew at the CrossFit Games.  We will be back at the park for the rest of the summer on Saturday, July 12 at 10am.

400 Meter run

20 pull ups
30 walking lunges
40 push ups
50 Squats
